We have carefully selected only the finest cherries produced by hundreds of small farmers, who lovingly tend their crop, in the area designated as the Blue Mountain region in the eastern side of the island.
Meticulous agricultural practices are encouraged in the growing of the coffee plant. The highest standards of quality are adhered to at every step of our processing. Berries, which do not meet our high standards, are rejected. All the coffee is fully inspected and certified by the Coffee Industry Board before being exported.
