When you order products from Jamaica Blue Mountain Traders you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only UPS in order to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb, right to your door! Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Traverse City, Michigan. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed but in some instances orders may require 5 business days to ship. The shipping process for each location is as follows:
For items shipped from our fulfillment center:
- For ground shipping, orders placed by Friday at 12:00pm EST will ship that day.
- For express shipping, orders placed by Tuesday at 12:00 pm EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
- For overnight delivery (both regular and early AM), orders placed by Thursday at 12:00 pm EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
For Roast on Demand Coffees:
- Roast on Demand Coffees are roasted every Monday and delivered to our fulfillment center where they rest for 24 hours prior to shipping.
- We encourage UPS Air shipments for all coffees in order to ensure your product arrives in superb condition.
SHIPPING TIMES
In-stock items ordered before 12:00 pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Traverse City, Michigan. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box.
- Under normal conditions, orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the following day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship on the weekend. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.
Orders containing roast on demand coffees, placed between 12:00 pm EST Wednesday and 12:00 pm EST Monday, will ship on Wednesday of the following week.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt (for questions regarding perishables and their return, contact our Client Services Department). Wrap the package well, include the return form found on the back of the packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total weight of your order.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping options to Alaska & Hawaii are determined by delivery area. Therefore, total shipping charges listed for these states are estimates.
Please contact Client Services for detailed information regarding Alaska and Hawaii shipments including actual shipping charges and methods.
