The topography there naturally separates regal Arabica coffees like our Sumatra Mandheling from plebian Robusta coffees. It also shelters the plants from Monsoon weather. These conditions create a first-rate Sumatra - rich and lingering, with no harsh or ‘off ’ flavours.
