RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your coffee or non-coffee purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You can return your purchase up to 365 days from the purchase date. Non-coffee products must be in the condition you received them (unused) and in the original box. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.
If you would like assistance in exchanging an item on your order, please feel free to call 1-877-90-COFFEE (toll-free), for additional assistance. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center and a refund will be made to your credit card. Gift recipients are entitled to a non refundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.
REFUNDS
Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid by check, money order or bank transfer, we will mail you a refund check.
