The BODUMâ„¢ Pavina double wall glasses look like traditional espresso shot glasses but upon closer inspection they are remarkable. The BODUM Pavina shot glasses are made of a very strong yet light weight glass called borosilicate glass. It is important to explain the difference between borosilicate and soda lime glass. Borosilicate glass doesn't need to be as thick as traditional glass to be just as strong. Borosilicate is simply a different type of glass that is resistant to temperature swings and scratching. The insulating properties of the double wall make the glass cool to the touch while keeping your coffee piping hot. Unlike traditional glass the Pavina needs no coaster needed and they can safely go in the dishwasher and microwave.
